They do not provide cover for procedures that can be carried out in your country of residence after repatriation, or any medical expenses incurred in private facilities if a medically suitable State facility is available.

No, it would be the responsibility of your Travel Agent or tour operator to reimburse you or offer an alternative holiday. Your Travel Insurance is there to protect you if you need to cancel the holiday, for example due to a change in medical circumstance means you can’t travel. Cancellation terms and limits vary by insurer and you should always check the wording.
Not always, no. It depends on your circumstances, and you should also consider how many trips you plan to take. We can guide you through this process and we’d always recommend getting a single trip quote if you have a holiday booked – we’ll show you the annual price alongside it.
No, there aren’t any Covid vaccination requirements on our policies, but most policies will require you to have had any relevant vaccinations required for the country you are visiting.
No, we will write to you 30 days before your policy is due to expire, and you’ll need to call us to run through a new quotation.
No, once cover is in place you do not need to inform us pr the insurer when you are travelling. However, you should always check the country you are visiting is covered under your policy, e.g. if you have a European policy but are travelling to the USA, you’d need to upgrade to a worldwide policy that includes travel to the USA.
Yes, if you buy an Annual Multi Trip policy all named travellers can travel independently.

The cost of Travel Insurance is dependent on a number of factors including your age and medical history. It will also depend on where you’re going and for how long, and whether you want single trip cover or an annual policy.
You can add your additional cover once you have entered the dates of your trip and declare any pre-existing medical conditions, you will then be asked if you wish to add in additional cover to your policy. Here you can include our Activity Packs which cover various activties. You can select from one or both of the packs available.
